Deletion/Retention: Once your order is complete and the return/exchange period has passed (e.g., 60 days), we will securely delete the original high-resolution photos/text files. Exception: We may retain a low-resolution image of the final product without your PII for quality control or portfolio purposes, unless you explicitly request complete deletion.
